jamesMr. Occhipinti has over twenty five years of aviation operations management experience and has worked around the world as a leading operational efficiencies and technology expert. In addition to ClipperJet Aviation responsibilities Mr. Occhipinti serves as President and Managing Partner for Consolidated Air Support Systems Holding Company, (CASS), an Aerospace/Airline consulting firm specializing in air operations management and air mobility. CASS is contracted with the Defense Department working directly with Air Force Strategic Planning at the Pentagon and many Defense contractors and Aerospace companies to provide leading edge and transformational solutions to complex business problems.

Mr. Occhipinti’s work in aviation includes both the flight crew and passenger experience. As the Vice President for Sales and Customer Support (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for Interactive Flight Technologies Inc. and the Director for US Domestic and Asia Pacific at BE Aerospace, Mr. Occhipinti helped shape the market introduction of advanced technology personal In-flight Entertainment systems. Mr. Occhipinti was client focused as he established the company presence in London and expanded the client support focus in the region.

As a Principal for the world’s largest airlines operations and technology consulting firm, AMR Consulting, a division of American Airlines, Mr. Occhipinti providing technology solutions in Air Operations and Passenger Services to over one hundred and fifty airlines and aviation organizations in over fifty countries. Mr. Occhipinti has authored industry papers on Airline Safety in a Deregulated Environment, Current Trends in Airline Automation, Modern Airline System Operations Control Methodologies, also co-authored AERO-NAFTA Industry Impact, as well as Flight Operations Management curriculum used at the IATA (International Air Transport Association) Institute of Air Transportation, and has been recognized as a leading industry speaker for airline safety and operational efficiencies.

Additionally, Mr. Occhipinti has developed a varied background in higher Education providing Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial Systems consulting and services to major universities and colleges across the United States. These Higher Education offerings revolve around business efficiency studies and recommended methodology improvements for efficient enterprise and student service operations.

Mr. Occhipinti is an FAA licensed Airline Transport Pilot with Turbojet and line flying experience. Mr. Occhipinti served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Occhipinti is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Minor Studies in Computer Science, as well as a graduate with distinction from the IATA Institute in Geneva Switzerland (Flight Operations Management Course). Currently Mr. Occhipinti serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board, ClipperJet Inc., on the Board of Directors for HRBoss, a Singapore based ERP Software Company, on the Board of Trustees for Oklahoma Wesleyan University, the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Foundation and as Chairman of the Board and CEO for Humanitarian Airlift International.
